ENABLE EFFICIENCY AND TRANSPARENCY TO DRIVE INDEPENDENT SUCCESS

The self-serve onboarding tool was developed to address inefficiencies in client integration processes, which previously required extensive support and prolonged onboarding times of 40–90 days. By providing a live UI-based tool, clients can independently validate their event data, check integration progress, and troubleshoot issues with detailed feedback and real-time validation. My contributions included designing the tool’s workflow, structuring user-friendly validation processes, and ensuring the integration was transparent and efficient. The solution reduces the reliance on internal resources, shortens onboarding timelines, and allows clients to achieve a “Launch Ready” state with minimal delays, empowering them to activate their affiliate programs swiftly and effectively.
