Captiv8 launched a transformative messaging platform to revolutionize communication between brands and creators in affiliate programs. The goal was to enhance strategic collaboration and streamline workflows, addressing inefficiencies in brand-creator interactions. Leading the user research and design strategy, I identified critical user needs and developed intuitive workflows and features, including dynamic messaging templates and personalized communication tools. The challenge was not just building a functional system but ensuring seamless integration into daily processes while fostering meaningful connections between stakeholders.
