FOSTER CONNECTIONS AND DRIVE SCALABILITY

The Hand Raiser project was designed to address the need for effortless scalability in affiliate programs by showcasing opportunities to authenticated creators with relevant qualifications. I led the user flow design, ensuring a seamless creator experience from discovering affiliate marketing program (AMP) offerings to applying and managing applications. The solution includes features such as detailed AMP dashboards, application archiving for reapplication, and tailored notifications to enhance user engagement. My role involved redefining the project scope, crafting intuitive workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a user-centric feature that aligns with the scalability needs of brands while empowering creators to find programs suited to their interests and audience.
